自成立以來(lái),倍森生物及下屬的倍森基因技術(shù)研究所 (Puensum Genetech Institute) 長(zhǎng)期專注于微生物基因組學(xué)和宏基因組學(xué)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)研究、臨床應(yīng)用與開發(fā)。基于不斷完善的實(shí)驗(yàn)及數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺(tái),我們廣泛地研究了人體各個(gè)部位 (腸道、口腔、皮膚及生殖道) 的微生物組特征,探索了個(gè)人微生物組與多種疾病、動(dòng)物和環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系,積累了大量的技術(shù)與經(jīng)驗(yàn);并且在微生物培養(yǎng)組學(xué)、代謝組學(xué)、病毒組學(xué)等新方向上也有突破。
我們擁有高素質(zhì)的科研團(tuán)隊(duì)和優(yōu)秀管理人員,覆蓋了生物信息學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)和營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)等多個(gè)專業(yè)方向的精英;此外,還有國(guó)內(nèi)外頂尖的微生物學(xué)家和資深醫(yī)學(xué)專家作為科學(xué)顧問。科研方面,倍森生物目前已有 100 多篇高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文在 <Nature Communications>、<Gut>、<Am J Respir Crit>、<Clin Microbiol Infect> 等國(guó)際頂尖期刊上發(fā)表,總影響因子超過(guò) 600+。合作院所包括北京大學(xué)、北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)、廣州醫(yī)科大學(xué)、中山大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院、華中科技大學(xué)附屬同濟(jì)醫(yī)院等。
